It’s often hard to recognise OCD traits for what they are, especially in children; often, these traits can be seen as bad behaviour or anti-social behaviour, and many people don’t understand what they are looking for, or how to treat it for the best.
Knowing where you are on the OCD spectrum can be helpful if you’re experiencing traits which you don’t quite understand. It’s said that a lot of people are still on the autism scale to a very minor degree without being officially OCD. Others may score significantly high on the scale, and it varies from person to person.
