The vitamins provided include D, E K2 and vitamin A. Vitamin A however can cause birth defects when consumed by pregnant women. If pregnant, women need to find another source of nutrients during their pregnancy.

Latex might cause uterine contractions which may lead to early labor, latex is a common allergen that could trigger a dangerous reaction and papin, which unripe papaya also contain, may mistakenly be detected by your body for prostaglandins which can sometimes induce labor.
